Join us in beautiful Cedar Key for the GOFC Fall Tournament. This tournament is open for all Ellet contest species.

All participants must register in advance of the tournament by 9pm on Friday, November 3 — register here.

The tournament starts at safe-light (6:45am) and weigh-in will be held between 4:30pm to 5:00pm (you must be in line with your catch by 4:30pm in order to qualify) at the Cedar Key downtown park pavilion (look for the GOFC flags). If for some reason you will not be able to attend the weigh-in (but have registered for the tournament), please call 352-538-0247 or radio the tournament committee on 68 to let us know (for safety reasons, we want to be able to account for all who registered).

If weather does not work out (seas above 2-3 feet with 15mph), then the tournament will be delayed to Sunday, October 30.

All entrants should monitor VHF channel 68.

We will have a cookout after the weigh in. Food and soft drinks will be provided!

Members are encouraged to launch from Cedar Key and stay for the cookout after the tournament. Members can launch and fish anywhere in club waters as long as they bring there fish to be weighed to the weigh in at Cedar Key.

Prizes & Scoring

Scoring will be done using the Ellett scoring system (however there will NOT be separate scoring for men/women/youth). One prize per entrant.

• Master Angler – $300 dollars
• Inshore Angler – $200 dollars
• Offshore Angler – $200 dollars

Bonus Prizes: Hats from Homerun Fishing 61 will be given to the 3 winners.

The tournament committee will rule on any questions or concerns regarding prizes and scoring.
