March 18 solo trip

Has been a long time since I caught five different species, legal fish in same day! Banner Steinhatchee, Sea Hag Marina trip! Thank you to my office staff for the green light to go. Nice break for psyche with Covid-19 concerns.

Cool, cool weather Speckled Trout.

19” our largest from recent Steinhatchee, Sea Hag Marina trip. Put a few more legal fish in box and released quite a few small Trout.

Steinhatchee slam

Action and variety – staples of a great fishing trip!

Caught a 20″ and a 23″ trout on the same lure at the same time in a creek.

Now that Ken Knopf assisted me with catching Flounder to finish Ten Slam, the […] Continue Reading

Big Trout

Fishing solo out of Cedar Key, and hoping to find a big trout. I lucked out, and did just that. She came in at 5.2lbs and 26″. Didn’t land any other targeted species all day long… just this solo fish!
